Shipping to Europe

Shipping to Europe

Following the Brexit transition, shipping from the UK > Europe appears to be getting back on track.  Our regular parcel carriers are largely back up and running with only minor delays and Royal Mail are accepting parcels again for all European destinations.

Customers in the EU please note you may now be required to pay tax on your purchases from the UK, in most cases this will be collected by the shipping agent and you may have to pay prior to the item being released for delivery.  If you need further information you can check with your local tax authority, some basic information is available here from the European Commission:

In general imports from the UK are now treated the same as from any other non EU country.  There may be further changes in future as the deal progresses and we will try and keep customers advised if any significant announcements are made.
