Description
A vintage brooch cast in silver in the form of a 3d dogs head. The dog has long ears and is probably either a basset hound or spaniel. It is set with glass eyes in an amber tone with black pupils. It is very detailed as you can see with texture for fur. It is stamped sterling to the reverse and the mark and style of catch suggests this dates from the 1930's to the 1950's. The the reverse there is also a loop which would allow it to be used as a pendant.

Condition: Minor wear only. The silver slightly patinated through age which gives a lovely tone and effect.
