Description
A traditional cast bronze figure of a reclining female with draped fabric. It is in the Art Deco style but is much more recent and relatively modern. The Deco theme carries through with the green veined marble base which is very attractive. It is of course very heavy and the bronze is hot cast metal (not cold cast/resin etc). There is a name to the bronze base which is rather unclear but could be the sculptors or foundry mark. It has a deep brown patination in keeping with the traditional styling.

Good order, slight nibbles to marble.
