Description
An Egyptian silver vase in the Persian Islamic style with diamond and triangular panels of floral designs and a traditional outswept rim. It has the 900 standard Egyptian mark to the underside of the base, on the shoulder and also on the topside of the foot, quite unusual to have it marked three times. This style is perhaps more commonly found with Persian marks from the early 20th century, this example is post war but in the same form. A great little vase for the collector.
Condition
Some roughness around the base from manufacture. Slight rim knock which is pictured in the photographs but doesn't really show up
