Vintage Large Gold Plated Silver Cocktail/Dress Ring With Black Garnet Cluster S (Code A295)

A very showy gold plated Sterling silver ring. It is freeform cluster set with eleven melanite andradite gemstones (also sometimes called black garnets). Each garnet is facet cut in a pear shape but with a flat top which reflects the light really well making the stones shine brightly. The stones vary in size, the largest one being 7mm long and the smallest 5mm. The shoulders of the ring have open work and the inside of the band is stamped 925 for Sterling grade silver.

The ring has been cleaned and polished, ready to wear. A real statement piece of jewellery bound to attract attention.
