A late 19th century Middle Eastern white metal and enamel belt buckle. These items were often used for nurses belts, but can of course be used for fashion, and make a great collecting field for display. Very decorative and an interesting sky blue/turquoise colour.
Normal age related wear, Minor losses of the enamel at least in part this appears to be through air bubble pops (caused during manufacture).
