A modern art glass vase in white with black spiral by Carlo Nason of Murano, Italy. It has a very graphic quality with the stark contrast between the white ground and black spiral with the high gloss finish. You can see from the top section the casing and the thickness of the outer clear glass, the spiral is on the top surface and you can feel it standing just proud of the ground. It carries the original label and is also etch signed to the underside. It is 21st century in period. Carlo Nason still produces limited amounts of art glass and the pieces are very expensive, some are retailed by Emozioni in Isernia..
