Description
A vintage modernist ring in 9ct gold. It has an organic open work design to the shoulders and a plain band beneath. It is set with a black opal triplet in a six prong mount. To the band it has a full Birmingham hallmark for 9ct gold with the date letter for 1976. It also has the makers mark PFB. The opal predominantly gives blue and green tones but also has red and yellow colours in the right light.
Please note this stone should be kept relatively dry and is not suitable for regular washing/showering which can dull the colours.
The ring will be supplied in a brand new presentation box.

Condition: Overall in very good order with minor wear. The band and shank are cast so has small indents from the casting process. Professionally cleaned, polished and ready to wear or gift.
