Description
A vintage early 1970's cameo brooch. The mount has a sunburst effect design which sets off the cameo nicely and gives a play of light around the border. The mount has a full Birmingham hallmark for 9ct gold with the date letter for 1973. It has a standard pin and c hook fixing and it also features a safety chain with pin. The cameo features the portrait of a young lady in profile with a hair adornment.
It comes in an old H Samuel box finished in blue. The box would appear to be somewhat older than the brooch but suits it nicely.

Condition: Generally good order with very little sign of wear. The box has aging and some wear and losses to the outside.
