Description
A very pretty mid 20th century ring in 9 carat gold. It is set with a large oval facet cut smoky citrine. As it sounds a smoky citrine is half way between a smoky quartz and a citrine and has a subtle yellow tone. The citrine is approx 3.9 carats in size and is set in a decorative surround with scroll detail and held above on four claws. Inside the band it has a Birmingham hallmark without date letter of the style typical of the 1960's. It also has the makers initials HW & S
The ring will be supplied in a brand new presentation gift box.
