Vintage 9ct Scottish Solid Gold Ring With Large Moss Agate/Carnelian Cabochon UK Size N1/2 (Code A1005)

Description

A vintage Scottish 9ct gold ring with large moss agate cabochon. The mount has a rope twist border and there are decorative detail with open work below.  The stone has carnelian inclusions along with the moss agate.  It is marked inside the band with an Edinburgh hallmark for 9 carat gold.  The date letter is rubbed, we believe it is most likely for 1978.

Condition:  A couple of minor scuffs to the stone, barely visible to the naked eye.  Minor period wear to the gold but perfectly good to wear regularly. Professionally cleaned and polished ready to wear or gift.
