Each section is cast and pierced with an angel figure shown in profile among large flowers and scrolling stems. Feathered wings extend behind each figure, while the openwork border continues the floral design in an Art Nouveau revival style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe reverse reveals the solid cast construction and conventional belt fittings. Each section has a long bar, with a hook and rectangular loop arrangement joining the two halves at the centre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe full London hallmark is struck along the lower border of one half. It includes the Ari D Norman sponsor's mark, lion passant, London assay mark and the date letter for 1995. Ari D Norman's design language drew particularly on Victorian, Art Nouveau and Art Deco sources.
