Description
A modern dress ring with a large 7 carat lab grown pink sapphire gemstone. Lab grown stones are identical to natural gems and test the same but they are generally free of impurities and faults unlike mined stones. As they are created in a lab they do not have the environment issues of mined stones or have the worry of social problems making them an increasingly popular choice.
The shoulders wrap over and bifurcate and there is open work around the mount and shoulders allowing extra light through the gemstone. The sapphire is oval facet cut. Inside the band it has the international style of hallmark from the Sheffield assay office without a date code and the ring would date to around the year 2000.
A nice showy example with a very attractive stone.
The ring will be supplied in a brand new presentation box as seen in the images.
