Description
A large 19th century pendant in the form of a double bar cross. It is produced in French jet and gilt metal and has a Maltese style cross to the centre panels. The cross has a suspension loop and integral bale. There are no makers marks or details and it dates to the late Victorian period (French Third Republic). It has a Gothic look and given the size will certainly be noticed when being worn.

Condition: Some wear to the metal in places but still generally very good. The odd tiny surface nick to the jet quite possibly from production and requiring close inspection to see.
