Description

A very interesting antique sterling silver Albert double watch chain.  The T bar has a partial hallmark for 1923 and the individual chain links have the silver lion marks. At one end there is a watch hook which has a matching hallmark. At the T bar there is a fob with a later 1972 American quarter silver dollar. 
 
At the one end is a large sterling silver medal from the Royal Academy of Music. The award was for elocution in 1928 and dedicated to Alban Jeynes. It is set in a claw mount with substantial suspension loop. These medals were known to be produced by John Pinches and do not carry hallmarks. 
 
A very interesting combination and quite weighty overall.

Some normal period wear. No significant faults.
