Description
A very attractive late 19th century diamond ring. It has an old cut diamond with great sparkle set in a buttercup mount. It is late Victorian in period and is possibly of European rather than British origin. The shoulders are of three pronged form and there is decoration detail and cut outs before the divided shank. There are no makers marks, however the gold tests above 18 carat.
A beautiful example of late Victorian jewellery. The diamond is approximately 4.45mm by 4.17mm in size and has minimal inclusions VS1 or better.
The ring comes with a brand new presentation box as seen in the images.
