Description
An Art Deco period gold ring dating to the 1930's. It has a paste glass cabochon which is formed with green stripes through a translucent background, perhaps intended to mimic banded agate. We do come across these stones from time to time and they all tend to be from the same period. This ring has decorative dart shaped details to the shoulders and a plain band. Inside the band it is marked 9ct in typical style for early 20th century.
