Description
A model of a turtle in gilt metal with coral and turquoise cabochons. It comes from Nepal and dates to the post war mid century period. It is traditionally hand crafted with all the features and settings done by hand. The majority of the cabochons are coral and there are turquoise cabochons for the eyes. Traces of a paper label to the underside. Certainly has the cute factor!
Condition
Hand crafted so not a factory perfect type item. A few losses of the cabochons, minor wear.
