Description
A very pretty antique bar brooch in 9ct gold. It would date circa 1900 and has elements of Art Nouveau design. The bar is slightly tapered and nicely rounded at the ends. It has two curled flourishes framing the mount which features a crescent moon and star. The gems are natural seed pearls and a green glass gem simulating peridot. To the reverse of the bar it has a mark which is rubbed but reads 9ct. It has a standard pin and c hook fastening which is working fine.
It comes with the period leatherette box as seen in the images.

Condition: Brooch very good for period. Hinge and pin working fine. Box with some foxing to the blue silk and wear to the exterior.
