Description

An antique Moorcroft tazza in the rare Spanish pattern.  It has a green flambé ground with cobalt blue nearer the centre.  To the underside it has the Moorcroft signature obscured by the tazza mount.  The mount unscrews to reveal the full signature.  The stand is silver plated and stamped EPNS to the underside.  The silver plating has largely worn away to the top sections.  
 
 

Condition

The ceramic has crazing which is more obvious to the underside.  No restoration.  The silver plating has worn to the stand and there is a small indent to the foot rim of the metal.
