Description
A Sampson Mordan Everpoint mechanical pencil. It is in 9ct gold and is hallmarked to the barrel with a London assay for 1927. It is also marked around the top of the barrel Mordan Everpoint Patent 179005. There is also a partial hallmark on the top section, however this is worn through with handling, and the same repeat mark is on the cap. The top section twists to propel the lead, push back is manual on this design. It is working fine and has some lead in place.
Please note some components internally are not gold.
Condition
Minor period wear. The top repeat hallmark rubbed through use. Twist action working and propelling lead. No significant knocks or dents.
