Antique Victorian Silver Bangle Bracelet Birmingham Hallmark 1883 Gothic Revival (Code A407)
An antique Victorian silver bangle in the Gothic revival style. This cuff bangle has a push and slide catch and there is an additional safety chain. Inside the band it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1883 and it also has the maker's mark for Robert James Dick. To the underside of the clasp it has a further mark for the patent number which is 1743. The back of the bangle is plain and the top side has stylised bosses with star designs and rope twist surrounds. A nice example of a classic Victorian bangle.

Condition: Good for period. Hinge and clasp working ok so is fine to wear. Some minor indents to the plain section of the bangle.
