Description
A vintage 9ct gold ring set with an amethyst gemstone cut into a heart shape. The stone is quite large being around 9.5mm x 10mm across. The amethyst is around mid saturation and has a very nice sparkle in the light. The amethyst is prong set and there is a matching heart shaped border beneath which contains small natural diamonds. The band is of plain form. Inside the band it has the international style of stamped hallmark from the Birmingham assay office. The makers mark is OPT and it would date to the 1990's. The band is also stamped DIA for diamonds.
A very pretty ring which is large enough to stand out on the hand.
The ring comes with a brand new presentation box.
