A beautifully detailed vintage 9ct gold dress ring, hallmarked Sheffield 1980, combining classic craftsmanship with a romantic aesthetic. 

Description

The ring features elegantly sculpted shoulders with polished heart shapes over a finely textured ground - a hallmark of the decorative 1970s style that carried through into the early 1980s. The cathedral set head is framed by an outer halo of deep midnight blue natural sapphires, with a small round diamond set at the centre in a starburst mount. The overall effect is striking and very much of the period - a ring that draws the eye without overwhelming.

Supplied in a brand new presentation gift box.

Good order with very minor signs of wear commensurate with age. Professionally cleaned and polished; ready to wear or gift.
