Description

A 9ct gold textured band ring, almost certainly from the 1970s, set with rock crystal quartz gems.

The band carries vertical texturing typical of 1970s goldsmithing, broken by cut leaf shapes which link up between the stones. The stones alternate across the band and sit in flower shaped mounts. The construction gives the ring a decorative, repeating quality across its full width.

The interior is marked 9ct in the style commonly used in the UK during the 1960s and 70s. There are further hand engraved marks, probably retailer stock codes.

Condition

Good order. All stones in good condition. There is slight softening to the textured detail consistent with normal wear. Professionally cleaned and polished.
