A vintage Dutch demi parure in 833 silver comprising necklace, bracelet and brooch, each piece set with hand painted Delft ceramic windmill roundels within filigree panels.

Description

The necklace and bracelet are constructed from repeating filigree panels, each one bezel-set with a small hand painted Delft ceramic roundel depicting a windmill . The sliding clasp of the necklace carries Dutch control marks to the tang; the 833 sword mark is discernible, though the remaining marks are not fully legible.

The brooch shares the same Delft roundel and filigree construction, with a standard pin and C-clasp fixing. To the reverse of the ceramic, the piece is marked Delft. Two spare bracelet links are included.

Likely mid 20th century in period.

Condition

Generally good order with minor wear consistent with age. Some crazing to the ceramic panels on close inspection.
