Description
A vintage wine taster in hallmarked sterling silver. It is of traditional shape but it has the interesting addition of a handle in the form of a snake. The handle has textured detail and the snakes body is coiled into a loop to form the handle. To the base it is stamped 'Made in England' and to the front of the bowl it has feature hallmarks from the Sheffield assay office with the date letter for 1972. The makers mark is probably for Cooper Brothers & Sons Ltd.

Very good order for period. Very little sign of wear.
