Description
A vintage Theodor Fahrner brooch in the shape of a leaf dating to the 1930's. It was made in Germany in silver gilt with fine filigree work and further open work around the edges. It has a cultured pearl decorative embellishment and the stem is set with marcasites. To the reverse is a pin with roll over catch. It is marked to the back 925 for sterling grade silver and the maker's mark 'Original Fahrner'

Condition: Good order for period, some minor wear to the gilt in places. Hinge and catch working fine.
