Fine Antique Victorian Sterling Silver & Gold Wide Cuff Bangle c.1880 (C2884)
Description
An antique Victorian period sterling silver cuff bangle with gold highlights. The design is floral based and has geometric patterns. It has rose gold strips fused to the design and there are yellow gold tops to some of the flowers. It has a slide catch opening and hinges to make it easy to put on and off. The catch is still stiff so it won't have had a lot of wear over the years.
The back of the bangle is of plain form. To the slide part of the clasp it has a partial hallmark with just the makers initials L.E probably for Lawrence Emanuel.
