Description

An elegant Tiffany & Co sterling silver necklace designed by Elsa Peretti.

This is the retired three heart version of the Open Heart necklace, with three small polished open heart motifs spaced around a fine trace chain. The necklace is a choker length style, measuring approximately 40 cm / 15.75 inches overall. Each heart measures approximately 1 cm / 0.4 inches across.

The necklace fastens with a spring ring clasp. There are two small tags to the clasp area. One is signed Elsa Peretti, with Spain to the reverse. The other is marked Tiffany & Co, with 925 to the reverse.

The final image is a mock up to give an idea of how it looks when worn, all other images are of the actual item for sale.

Elsa Peretti

Elsa Peretti was one of Tiffany & Co’s most influential modern jewellery designers. Her work is known for smooth sculptural forms, clean lines and organic shapes. The Open Heart design is one of her best known Tiffany pieces, with a simple flowing outline that defines her style.

Condition

The necklace is in excellent condition with light signs of handling only. The Tiffany box has minor wear.
