A vintage pair of Gucci sterling silver cufflinks with rectangular heads, raised corner studs and articulated toggle backs.

Description

This vintage pair of Gucci cufflinks is made in sterling silver with rectangular heads and softly bevelled edges. Four small raised studs sit at the corners of each polished face, giving the otherwise clean form its architectural detail.

The front of each cufflink is engraved with the registered trademark symbol above GUCCI and made in Italy below. The heads measure approximately 22 x 10 mm.

Each cufflink has an articulated curved post leading to a flip over toggle back. The posts carry Italian and Swiss assay marks, together with the Italian workshop registration mark *1561 FI, indicating manufacture in Firenze. The opposite sides are further marked ® GUCCI made in Italy, while the toggle backs are signed GUCCI in small lettering.

Condition

Good vintage condition with light surface wear consistent with age and use. The polished surfaces show minor fine marks. Both articulated posts and toggle backs move correctly and function as intended.
